What materials are used in Plateful dinnerware?
Our collections are crafted from premium, lead-free ceramic, high-fired stoneware, and sustainable bamboo fiber to ensure durability and safety for your family.
Are your products microwave and dishwasher safe?
Most of our ceramic and stoneware items are both microwave and dishwasher safe. However, we recommend hand-washing items with gold or metallic rims to preserve their finish.
How do you handle shipping for fragile items?
We use double-walled reinforced packaging and eco-friendly cushioning to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition. If anything arrives damaged, we offer free replacements.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day window for returns on all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that shipping fees for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, Plateful ships to the United States, Canada, and the UK. We are working hard to expand our delivery zones to more countries soon.
Can I track my order once it has shipped?
Yes, once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your delivery progress in real-time.
